Ok so here are a couple of shots of my favorite jet on the planet. This is the Lockheed|Martin F/A-22 Raptor. This is "THE" next generation warplane. It's super sleek lines and it's invisibility to radar makes it one sexy bird.
These shots were taken at the 2007 Rhode Island - Air National Guard Open House and Air Show at Quonset Point, Rhode Island.

What do you think of the F-35s?
The F-35 JSF is a great versatile jet. I have never seen one in flight. I saw one on the deck of the JFK when it was in Boston about 3 years ago. I have some pictures of it somewhere.
There was one on Die Hard 4 towards the end of the movie. Looked pretty cool. But how advanced can we continue to make fighter jets? I mean, it seems that as we go on, we've reached a ceiling with this design, stuck at a certain point, while other countries begin to catch up.
I say bring on the flying triangles! (Just a little speculation on my part.)
